When will my order ship?

Orders for in-stock merchandise will be processed as quickly as possible.  Salon Candies cannot guarantee any specific processing time, and processing times may vary in the event of peak periods, natural disaster, or inclement weather.

 

APO/FPO Military Addresses

Orders can be shipped to APO/FPO military addresses. However, please be aware of the following:

• Not all items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
• Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Service.
• Tracking details are available until delivered to the Military Post Office in New York or San Francisco.

 

 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Salon Candies LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Salon Candies LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Damaged or Missing Products

It is possible for items to shift in transit, as well as for wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling by the carrier. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination.

• Salon Candies reserves 15 days to reship any reported missing or damaged items from the initial shipment date.
• All missing & damaged claims must be submitted within 10 days, along with photo evidence (highly suggested) in order to ensure proper resolution.

Hazardous Materials

• The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of items containing hazardous materials that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products in pressurized spray containers (e.g., hairspray, the cleaner, some perfumes) and products containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals have this restricted status. Salon Candies is committed to getting your products to you as fast as possible, in the most safe and responsible way. This is why Ground Shipping is required for all such items.
• We cannot ship some aerosol, nail polishes and alcohol-based products to Alaska or Hawaii. These products are considered hazardous materials and are required to be shipped by ground-only transport due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Please see above for more information.
